Charles

North Carolina native, Charles Osborne, is a comedian, actor, and impressionist known for sketch comedy, musical parodies, and political satire. The New Yorker calls him “side-splitting, his comic style like an over-inflated Nathan Lane”. He has starred in five Off-Broadway plays and musicals: Spamilton (King George), Midsummer: A Banquet (Bottom), Love’s Labour’s Lost (Don Armado/Boyet), Forbidden Broadway: Alive and Kicking (Various Impressions), Hell’s Belles (Lester).

His sold-out impressionist and political comedy cabarets include: The Dozen Divas Show, Donald Trump’s Inaugural Gay Fever Dream, and the long-running political comedy revue Imperso-NATION, at Alan Cumming’s Club Cumming. He has performed at the Hollywood Bowl, Lincoln Center, the St. Louis MUNY, Atlanta’s Alliance Theatre, LA’s Ahmanson Theatre, in two PBS broadcasts; with Dane Cook, Carol Channing, Rebecca Romijn, and a command performance for K$sha. Plus Charles was the WINNER of The Comedy Store’s international Gong Show comedy competition in the UK.
